I have a well known brand led that cost around $1000 each. I figure if i can essentially get the same light for half the price then why not. They use samsung diodes and inventronics driver which is the same as hlg and other big names but maybe im missing something that makes this light not worth it?

What is a com port? Nvm i googled it. Im not worried about dimming i just need to control the 12/12 cycle. So they will connect using the rj12 port to my trolmaster with no problems even though they are different watts?

I have 3 hlg 550s and 3 next light megas. Is it ok to daisy chain and connect to trolmaster so i can control the light schedule or do they need to be the same brand to work?
