Update: Thinking the death of Jack Herer seedling was near, I cut open the rockwool block and my oh my, it's SOAKING WET and no doubt it's root was drowning. Took the dying seedling into another coco pellet and hope it'll be enough to revive her somehow. Seems I would have to try hydroponics...
