Went through whole plant and found one more suspicious spot So i plucked it off and put it in water. What happens if I touch the plant after plucking those. Is that a risk?

I actually opened that calyx up with my fingers and that was inside. Non of the other ones ive looked at on the plant were like that... I'm at a loss man. I pray it's not hermie. This thing was going crazy. (Still is)
