Here's my setup-
two 26w cfls on this one plant
miracle gro organic choice soil
currently in a half gallon pot
3 to 3 1/2 weeks old
24 hour light cycle
It's showing yellowing which I thought was nitrogen deff. but turned out to be nutrient burn. It's lost the two round leaves and the first two...
plant is slowly but noticeably growing again, however the yellowing is getting worse, plus there are now what looks like burn spots randomly on the leaves. here's some pics-
I have it on a 24 hour light cycle, with two 65w cfls about 4 inches away now. it's growing again but still have signs of over watering (happened after I tried flushing it, shitty compacted soil.) also showing signs of either nute burn or nitrogen deff. oh and the newest deal is part of the stem...
Here are some pics of the plant taken a few minutes ago. the originally affected areas (tip of blade on one leaf, and both round leaves) have fallen off.
When I flush it, wouldn't that release more nutrients that are stored in the soil?
I ended up replanting it into fresh MG organic without the coffee grounds yesterday, it didn't cause it to get worse but it hasn't got any better, it's still just yellowing and I think it's at the point where it's...
Thanks a lot for everyones response! It's cool to see growers and tokers support eachother.
So, It's two weeks old (give or take a few days.)
I don't add any nutrients other than what is already in the miracle gro. I did first start this plant using left over soil from a bonsai tree kit. I had...
oh and to add to the last post, I don't really have a crazy setup, just a half gallon pot, organic choice miracle gro, and a 800 lumen bulb about an inch from the plant. horrible setup, I know hehe. just working with what I've got.
well the soil is just miracle gro (organic choice potting soil.) that light brown coloring in the soil that you might see is the coffee grounds I added after the leaves first started turning green. I don't add any nutrients unless I need to mostly because I have no money. Here's a couple pics of...
I've got a young one showing signs of yellowing, first on the tip of one of the old true leaves and now the two round leaves have turned yellow, then brown. I tried mixing in some coffee grounds for a nitrogen boost but it hasn't helped. I had it on a 18/6 light cycle but have switched it to 24...
Hi! this is one of my first grow in numerous years and I have this problem as you can see in the picture. what's going on?! it's more of a yellow brown and only on one of the round leaves and then on the tip of one of the first true leaves, and each blade is pointing upwards. I transplanted...
