I recently got some all in one grow bags and inoculated them yesterday when looking at them we noticed a little bit of green up by the manure but not sure we inoculated on the 11th and the mycelium looked healthy (what little bit that was there)

Also how do I know when my mycelium has stopped growing I have a quart size jar I inoculated almost 2 weeks ago and it looks like the part that is not yet colonized is getting pretty dry I was thinking about injecting some sterile water in it but not sure if it is a good idea any information...

I would like to try doing agar when haved learned more about it I am doing the pf tek but I’m thinking about spawn bags with a few of my jars

i use the pressure cooker for an hour and a half at 15 psi and wait 24 hours for them to cool

I just got done making 24 brf tek jars and 12 are in the pressure cooker cooling until tomorrow spores are coming tomorrow so hopefully this time everything works out at least we learned from our mistakes from our first time

We get our spores from Brotanical Gardens they are awesome and they send a free sample spore syringe with a different strain

we did the brf tek and everything was ok but the mycelium stopped growing so we birthed the cakes and soaked them in water and then we put them in the shotgun fruiting chamb that’s when nothing happened except green mold i have more spores on the way so hopefully with a little tweaking on brf...

Thank you I just tried to grow myself and everything was going well with it until we put it in the fruiting chamber we got green mold I just didn’t know if any of the sites were legitimate They sure look authentic until you google them Thank you again
