    When to prune peppermint?

    I would top the basil. Certainly I would prevent the buds from developing too. It's an annual and gets tired with too much growth and maturation. Peppermint and sage tend to develop at nodes whenever they lean over and they're perennials so topping isn't really needed

    Watch out for stretch when using Vitamin B

    Apparently B6 reduces light sensitivity/stress in plants. So that might make the plants stretch for more light.

    Large number of mutations

    Mutations aren't necessarily bad. Look up polyploid plants, including cannabis. I'm not saying your particular mutation is polyploid or in any way useful, but that there is at least a possibility that you get something good out of it if you follow through.

    Nutrient deficiencies? Yellow leaves brown spots? Plz help

    Also new here, but I think it's more likely you're seeing nutrient excess. What can happen is too much uptake of some nutrients and also the blocking of others. Some recommendations can be a bit aggressive in that way and it's a toss up whether a particular plant and its setup can handle it.
