I mean they obviously droop when lights off. On pics they're LST'ed so may be it looks like it? But overall they don't droop. I'll take another pics today when lights on.

No I'm not feeding anything, only fertilizers were tabs and just water. Not sure if thats overwatering issues, 1.5L once a week. What do you think can be the issue?
