    Drooping Leaves?

Papery leaves and drooping have hit me a lot when switching to 12/12. My non-scientific mind says it's mostly plant stress that the leaves bounce back from. That's why it might be a good idea -- with some strains -- to wait for a while (a week or so) after you switch to 12/12 light to switch...

Wondering why my leaves look like this................

Looks like mostly bottom leaves -- In my experience, it's perfectly normal for "original" bottom leaves to die at the bottom of cloned cuttings.

    Why the twisting leaves??

Man, I think they look just fine. It's easy to love your plants to death -- I've done it. Young plants can be quirky, throwing out weird shaped leaves, etc. My opinion -- just let it do it's thing. Looks okay.

    Deformed leaves

Of course, always a good idea to back off on everything when trouble arises: light, nutes, fans, moisture... everything. But, I should mention that I get deformed leaves all the time when my small cuttings hit their first rapid growth spurt. It irons itself out when then leaves get fully formed.

DEFORMED NEW GROWTH!!! PLEASE HELP! +rep

I get deformed leaves when my small cuttings experience a really rapid veg growth spurt. It generally resolves itself when the leaves grow to fully-formed and can "unfurl" completely. I read the whole thread -- you seem to know what's up. I think you're gonna be fine!

    Dinafem Power Kush

Had a ton of trouble cloning it. Only one taker -- that made it outside of my useful parameters. It's too bad, I had high hopes -- it grows well/fast and it smells/looks great. Oh, well. Don't really know if it was my bad or no (aeroponic cloner). Still waiting for the harvest.

1000wattHPS 4x2 EBBFLOW house and garden

Looks great -- really good spread on those plants. Tried FIM myself for the first time -- for real -- this last time around. Amazingly good results. It' a little scary to "break" your plants like that, but it works, for real. Worth a ry wih at least a few prominent stems.

1000wattHPS 4x2 EBBFLOW house and garden

Well, you've definitely made some progress. Read the whole journal -- and I gotta say -- your plants looks pretty dicey when you first got going. I suppose that could have been a lot of things... regardless, the recent pix look great. As far as yield, I recently read that optimal yield for a...

power kush growers unite post pics+rep

...I'll post when I've got something worth seeing. Just cracked a Power Kush freebie seed about three weeks ago. Looks healthy -- I'll subscribe and post pix when I start flowering. It'll be a while.

    Organic Montana Medical Grow

Hey GTO, I've been following you for quite some time --- thought I'd take a minute to chime in. You've been making leaps and bounds in progress. I think it's especially impressive for everyone to know how much harder it is to do everything in Montana. Having lived in Western MT for 6 years or...

Yeah, I wonder about the heat too. How long can you hold your hand directly over the tops of the plants before feeling heat?

Man, Smoking Rubber is all over the place with some very strange and questionable advice. I saw one thread where he got in a huge "screaming" match with somebody and temporally banned. Whoa.

    Attitude Payment

Most check cashing companies sell Visa gift cards... no ID required. It's weird that you would get a WalMart card that has to be mailed to you... opening up your address. I guess if you're sending it to your "safe house" address, then that's okay. One other thing -- the Attitude website says you...

    week 6.5 flowering problem

Nick, the "Plant Abuse" chart in the FAQ section of this site is a great guide for plant problems/nutrient deficiencies, etc. Check it out. That pic looks pretty bad. In my view, you should just start with brand new pH'd water and nutrient solution -- and err on the side of too few nutes until...

    New Homemade Aero Cloner

That's a lot of holes. I only used 5 360 degree misters on mine. Pump is on constantly. Cut holes by hand and it is the cheesy way to go. Hole saw would be more pro for sure -- but those things ain't cheap -- especially for a one-time job. Rep up! Thanks, man. Keep me updated. The clones I...

    New Homemade Aero Cloner

Okay, the next generation is almost ready for harvest. These two buds, you'll see, need another week or so. Nice crystals, no amber sheen to them. Blue Cheese on the left, Big Bang on the right. Both taken mid-plant. I use my 60x - 100x microscope to tell me exactly when the trichomes are...

2000 watt organic setup 2 weeks into flowering

What a luxury to have the season length you have. Here in the great north woods, and a May to maybe September season, there's no way a long-cycle, classic outdoor sativa would work. And, who's got the space/power to do justice to a real indoor sativa (Thai skunk, etc.)?

Any pics of topped plants in a DWC?

Hey, what started as a DIY aero cloner journal gathered a bunch of pics of topped DWC plants -- Blue Cheese and Wonder Woman from clone. NOT topping them this cycle. https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/211157-new-homemade-aero-cloner.html Rubbermaid 18 gallon tubs with two 12"...

2000 watt organic setup 2 weeks into flowering

Hey, love what's going on here. I just read through the entire thread -- the strain you say you transplanted from outdoors -- the really tall sativa-looking stuff. Looks like you're about out of ceiling height for it. What do you plan to do? Train it over, tie it down, etc?
