I transplanted about a week ago, some of the fan leaves had spots on them and crinkled up so I trimmed them off, then he looked very very healthy for 3 days. I watered him yesterday and now today he’s looking droopy.. Is perlite a mineral I should get?

Hey guys, A few days ago I trimmed off some fan leaves and watered him, but now his leaves are really droopy. Am I overwatering? Also, I noticed there’s no water dripping into the pan, could it be a drainage issue? His stem looks pretty healthy I think

Hey yall, I started this beautiful plant in a hydroponic system. He completely outgrew the system, so I transferred to soil. The day after, he started getting light green spots and his leaves started to curl up at the ends and are a little droopy. How can I fix?
