one last question because I definitely don’t want to drive you guys and gals crazy, I want to eliminate any chance of bugs from the soil, so do I mix neem meal in with all soil, or do I sprinkle on top layer?! Sorry for so many questions, just trying to stay out of pest and nute trouble!!! Haha...
