I would definitely just get the uis plug.

I use this controller, and have to use the ac infinity uis control plug for the 69 pro to turn the dehumidifier on and off as needed. I don't think you're gonna have any other choice but to go that route. Using the uis control plug also powers the 69 pro, so you don't have to bother with the 10v...
