Those are actually 3 different plants. They all seem to have the same trichome coloration to me. Here are some photos of the flower. I labeled the plant 1 2 and 3, which corresponds to the order of the photos above.

No, the entire pot isn't drying out. But they've been a lot thirstier than previous weeks now that they are flowering.
