Its condensation, I think. Had the same issue with condensation on my lid and dripping down. You should clear it up or the lights will magnify through them water beads and burn your leaves, not to mention the high humidity there could be. I added a fan to move a little air and it did the trick.

I would transplant them, let them adjust and then flower them. Repotting during flowering can be difficult for the grower and the plant. Just my experience.

I would just leave it on the plant and let it dry and over ripen a little there, then come home and cure.... Just did it and it was definitely the way to go.

The room is about 2x4 but the lights are hung in the top of a Rubbermaid box, with Plexiglas separating them from the gowning chamber and a separate ventilation system. That box sits on top of another full Rubbermaid container with ventilation through a carbon filter. pretty stealth and effective.
