Nevermind, I found out I had way over watered, when I picked a rockwool cube up and water just poured out the bottom.

Nevermind all, found out the issue was overwatering.

I had some dwarfs that I started, after 2 days, all had sprouted, the Humidity dome i had them in got knocked off for about 3 hours, I put it back on when I got home, The next morning i woke up and a couple had already died, and now I have yet to see any growth 3 days later, ANY BODY PLEASE...
