i got my worm castings from home depot and it was mixed already with a bit of soil but it just turns to mud if you dont ad more soil and perlite. good luck send me pics once you get started :leaf::hump:

you can get any soil really but if you want them to grow well you should get some good soil, miracle grow usually has some fert. already in it so you wont have to fertilize for ahwile(im not sure how long) so if you do get miracle grow you might burn them if you add fertilizer to it too soon...

should be ok ive got a tin of seeds and they are still good after like years, ive heard they are good for up to 6 years. but im a newbie to this so correct me if im wrong anyone. oh ya those seeds all sprouted after like maybe four years of sittin, i just did some this year.
