I have two lights their Cfls anyways their 23 watts each and they produce 1600 lumens per bulb. Will this be enough light to grow 1 marijuana plant? Or do i need more?

umm only other light i have is a 13 watt which will kick it up to 28watt with other 15watt i have. plus if i close my box and i have it surround it with foil the box but have a whole in it for ventilation will that help it out?
