I've got a couple of plants that look simmilar, I'm wondering what is going on also. All the leaves on the tops have started to curl in on themselves, and no buds are forming.

I was thinking that I should move them apart, I just threw some seeds in the area to grow not thinking about how big the plants would get. There are definatly some in there that need more sun. Would transplanting them into buckets at this point be a bad idea?
