Thank you for the reply! Thats literally what i did though,flushed with PH water and calmag..then gave her a lighter dose of nutes.. and i always give calmag with feeding i just didnt give her nutes when i flushed hence the flush.. :) Can you identify what the cause is ?

There is a higher chance of those seeds producing hermies,yes. :)

Probably over watered alot because the roots have surfaced so much trying to breath. I would guess root rot in the later stages. But i could be wrong.

Looks to be water locked and nutrient locked,probably the roots. I would check that And then check your ph and nutes.
