Here's a little 400w setup I run. I start them indoors a little LST and topped once. Get her bushy take cuttings then finish outdoors.

Thanks, i will give the lights a break and see if this helps. I also sprayed some diluted epsom salt cause i was told it was Magnesium deficient.
