how much water should i use per watering?

i started a thread yesterday about these white spots on my plants..i came home from work today to see that theres more spots and there edges of the leaves are fading to a whitish color as well..here are some pics of both yesterday and today..ne help would be appreciated.

well ill be back on later if anyone could shed some light on my situation i would greatly appreciate it

My plant has begun to get white spots all over the older leaves. even one of the leave has begun curling at the tips as well can anyone help me. heres a picture its not that good but u can see the white spots.
