if nothing else works, look into an ihs air cooler plus.. it was the only way i was able to lower the temps inside my 2'x2'x5' tent with a 400w hps.. and since it relies on water/ice, it generates no heat of its own.. i literally stuffed it inside my tent and it keeps it between 78-83F at all...
