i hav been giving them nutrients and its been at leat 2 weeks since i re-potted them....im stumped there only 4 mnts old right now

i need some help, my plant seem to have stopped growing and i dnt knw y, they are also not getting fuller. I baught everything they could need and they grew very fast but they just stopped. i thought tht it might b because i need to re-pot them and i did tht and it did nothing could someone...
