I, myself only have 7' ceiling height, and i use a 1000w hps. I lose a foot for the shade, another 2feet for the DWC bucket. That makes 4' growspace for the plants. Just grow shorter plants and its easily do-able....:mrgreen: And whoever told you 10ft height was needed, was way outta...

ya, i am quite sure about this.... 6.5'x6.5' = 42.25sq.ft 600/42.25=14.2w p/sq.ft not enough my friend..... that large of an area would not get enough light....might as well setup a couple hundred 4' flouros while ur at it.....:lol: a 1000w hps will efficiently cover approx a area of about...
