yes you can reveg the plant if you leave some material on when harvesting. switch it back to 20/4 or 24/0 and leave it to do it's thing. can take a while though

i've never used a heating pad of any kind. i usually just sit my seedlings on top of my T8's until they've spouted, it produces a nice temperate heat for them, never checked soil temps or anything and don't have any issues.

around 2.8oz off an est. (11oz), but i doubt it will be dry in a week. i find some strains give me 10-15% like mentioned, most indicas on average give me around 20-28%. bone dry, and cured for a minimum of 3 weeks.
