Thanks again for all of your replies. I just got the electric work done by a licensed electrician.. I now have two separate 20 amp circuits nice and high up on the wall. Really cool process too how the electrician did it, however, I would not recommend anyone do this sort of thing on their own...

although, the more I sleep on it.. Im not so worried about the fan overheating.. it will shut down.. im worried about dust igniting. Correct me if i'm wrong, but, it is much better for the exhaust fan to be out of the room and closest to the vent leading out.. more power sucking in the air...
