So ive always had a couple yellowing fan leaves every week or so. but recently the majority of the lower part of my plant has a had yellow leaves and now it is spreading more rapidly. please help me figure this out. I am in flower right now and the new growth has still been green.

I went ahead and tied down 4 of the main tops. Im gona leave the lights as they are now mainly because of a cost issue, but hopefully for the next grow i will have another set of lights. I checked on them a couple hours and they already started to turn up towards they light.

I thought that LST during flower will stress out the plant too much? cause if not i will def do that!

Lights were always kept about 3 inches away from the plant. And the plant is LST'd it would be about 6-7 in taller if it was straight .

get some lamps, cheap ones from a thrift store or such. Take them apart and that is what you'll have. inside the body is the wire going to the light fixture part.

but i just use a thick material, like twine, hemp, etc. thin ones can chop your plant in half.

there is this special tie down stuff i say at home depot the other day. It like a twisty tie but i had a thick rubber insulator instead. made for tomatoes i think.
