those larger rockwool cubes are really cheap pal. Cut them down to fit. hope everything turns out ok!

Brainfart, is it me or is your rockwool looking a bit dry?

you know what man, i reckon you might be best off transplanting those rockwool cubes into larger ones. I think that could sort your whole problem out. move away the 'pebbles' and use a bigger r/w cube. let us know what happens.

How far away from the light are those seedlings? a couple of them look like they are stretching. also, are you making sure the rockwool is moist enough?

keep in mind they are still young, i would say that you are off to a good start my friend!!

is your soil nice and loose? make sure your roots are able to grow easily in your medium! also, have you got a fan on them? that might be a good idea after one week. and perhaps start giving them a weak nutrient solution. good luck man!

i would say a 250 hps as well. I second Mustang, you will definately need vents (intake and exhaust). Best thing is to use PC fans, perhaps put 2 for exhaust at the top and one at the bottom for intake. They are really easy to wire up to normal 12v ac adapters - like mobile phone chargers.
