Being new to the El Dorado/ Sac area I've noticed that as a vendor, a lot of dispensaries are paying more for outdoor purps than indoor Afghani or Juicy. WTF is up with that??? I'm from the Eastcoast and this in unheard of. Where in California are they more concerned with quality than color...
