513 is pretty low... Veg cycle takes "x" amount of PPM depending on strain. Flower cycle takes "x" amount of PPM depending on strain. Some strains can go upwards of 2700 ppm in flower, while others can only handle 1500 ppm. Is your 513 in Veg? or Flower? R/O is Reverse Osmosis water...
