Could I run just 2 3590s off each 240 2100ma .. what about the 240 1400ma, whats the diff they would both be 120watts just diff amps which affect effec?... does it make that big a difference on electiric bill and heat created? would a cpu cooler like the arctic alpine 11 be enough to cool...
