The roots are still slimy and have brown spots. Is that root rot? Do I change out the water again with peroxide?

I used tap water after letting it sit for 24 hrs. These are feminized seeds too, thank god, they've been through so much stress. lol.

I read the directions to soak the air stone after I had already put it in, so I just left it in. That may be the case though, I should of soaked the air stone. Well the water is changed out and clean now so hopefully they'll make a recovery. Thanks for the input.

Thanks so much for the help. Yesterday we went and bought a 30 gallon pump and a 6" air stone seeing that the plants needed more oxygen and learning that's why they would die out. Looking at the plants this mourning to see if the oxygen helped we discovered a bunch of slimy, nasty goo on the...
