sounds like your ballast is taking a dump to me....no easy fix that im aware of just remove and replace. People build thier own setups by buying all the parts so im sure its a safe bet the faulty part can be replaced. I stay away from electrical shit like the plague !!! I dont want to do...

Yea the nursery across the street pumps go 24/7 but are fed from fish tanks using Aquaponics but wasnt sure about that when applied to a small scale op using chem fertz. The general consensus is 24/7 so ill follow the masses
