I'm actually just about positive that it's the first day into 12/12. That IS when you flip the light schedule to flowering stage, so that's the first day. Either way, it doesn't really matter cuz when the herb's ready, it'll tell you. After all, you do harvest whenever you'd like.

When you click over to 12/12, that is day one.

No problem. And I would say top just above the three-bladed leaves when the next node is a little more developed. Make sure you don't fuck up the alternating nodes on the node with the three-bladed leaves. Those will be two of your colas.

To get 4 main colas, you wanna top just above the second true node. Look up Uncle Ben's Topping Techniques. Really good info there. I believe my first statement is correct, but not 100% so you know. Just tryin' to help.

Yeah, my buddy, Stone just harvested yesterday and he did a 12/12 from seed cfl grow. Amazing results. Still pending the dry weight, but four huge ass mothers. Took him 10 weeks from seed to harvest.
