yes i am using nutes maybe ive over done it with them being so young how do i get rid of the nutes on the rockwool then ive poured water on em 2 times and tried to flush it out cos i was worried about all factors is that the best thing to do give em plain water for a couple of days?

im growing some mothers and wanna know if HID in the form of high pressure sodium at 400 watts is better than 3 red specrum clf 125 watt bulbs for flower in my plants when i get there.
