I need to start my new seeds soon so I need some input. I am going to germ my seeds this weekend and then pop them in rapid rooters after they pop. My question is once I put them in rapid rooter plug is it ok to put them in my homemade aereo cloner or is there a better way to go about this.

I am about to build my clone and veg system using stink's plans. I was just curious if I can move the plants from veg container to a ebb&gro system. I have the 12 pot ebb&gro system now and would like to use it with this system.
