pics? are they round or....? if they're round bulbs like a "regular" bulb then they're not fluorescent. ive never heard of a 14w cfl. doesnt mean theres not one im just saying ive never heard of them. if you do have fluoro's though with an extra 28 watts they will be fine

27000k is best for flowering. i bet your hps put out a lot more watts didnt it?

that 27k lights not very good for vegetative growth. and a 136 grams from one cfl is doubtful at best

when a plants harvested its already dying though. wouldnt the roots be in the process of dying too? it would be sweet if it would work, but i think this is one of those things that sounds better on paper. try it though
