I think you may be underfeeding them, as looking at Humboldts website, I think you should be higher than 1ml/gallon of The Oneness. If it was me, I would put them back under the T5's until they recover and feed them at least 3ml/gallon, as they easily look developed enough to take more nutes...

Do you mean 3-1-2 for the NPK ratio, or 3-1-2 for Gro Micro Bloom (as my ratio's were for GMB which 0-2-4 still has nitrogen in from the micro)?
