thats easy if you just wanna veg them and bring em outdoors later a cfl anywhere from 65-250 watt will work great. How big do you wanna get them before you take em outside. and how many plants do you wanna veg under the light. I have a 250 watt cfl and its lights an area of about 2x3 foot area...
