Hello i was starting up a few autoflowers using a 400w metal h/hps. I was wondering how long i would want to leave the metalh on when they just sprout from the paper towel. I would also like to hear some suggestions for the rest of the cycle, 20/4 18/6 does it ever change throughout?

Are you supposed to keep Metal H 1 foot above your seedlings as well?

how do you use the 1 6inch for the light? just angle it to blow directly on it?

Is it an alright idea to just use the paper towel method and then insert directly into 2 gal pot, i used the plastic cup method before and a few of them fell apart coming out of the cup.

They apparently are compatible with 3 or 6in should i just use regular desk fans with maybe 2 blowing in and 2 blowing out? If so should i have the ones blowing in on the bottom or top and likewise for the ones blowing out?
