I did let HTG know and they sent me a UPS return label. They've been great and their shipping is fast. Disappointed in the quality of this product, but it's not like they built it themselves. It's built by Growbright.

I followed the included instructions, which I think HTG put together themselves because the stock instructions are pretty close to pointless. I did end up getting it hacked together with a few rips. I doubt I'd want to take it apart and put it back together again but I managed to tape them up...
