    Seedlings are in trouble

    Hi all, Plants have been in soil for about two weeks. They are under a mixed spectrum of cfl at about 70 watts for a 20/4 light cycle. The soil is just some regular potting soil. Temps have been 83F to 86F max. Do you guys think it is a PH problem? Or heat? Need some help here Thanks
