just two 4 foot florescent plant grow lights from walmart along with another 2 foot same kind a bulb in the middle.

2 plants not sure what strain will the small buds eventually form into one large bud? been flowering for 10 weeks or so on 12/12. the top buds are mostly red stigmas and covered in resin. very smelly. any ideas on when to pick??? thanks for reading! :bigjoint:
