How do they test on the spot? What kind of equipment is used and where does one get it? I was going to use Steep Hill in Oakland or just demand that any vendors that want to sell to us have to have their medication tested before hand.

I know of a rather large in one of the most populated areas in california where there are only a couple dispensaries, one of them being closed off to new patients. If you could persuade the one of the cities to let you open one you'd be set.
