thay are 2 tube lights 34W-40W bulbs per tube..

i start in small pots till rooted then move to big ones IMO, bigger pot= bigger plant.

can i grow weed in a 18gallon plastic tube with net pots, rock wool cubes clay pellets and a air pump and bubble stone and a light? or do i need a drip system?
