I have 7 outdoor plants and wanted to induce the two oldest mamas and was wonder how would i do that succesfully this ma first grow so i dont want to fuck things up

This is my first time growing and everything is going great my 7 plants are about 5 weeks into veg state i wanted to induce flowering on the two tallest ones which are 13 and 16 in tall. What i am askin is what to use to induce if my plant are into the ground or if induction is even a good idea...
