Ohhkay just read the bottom of your post and i feel retarted... Don't use floro tubes... If you're forced to use less than MH or HPS go with a few 100w CFC bulbs... I think the flower spectrum is cooler, 4500 if im not mistaken... And vege is 6400... They have the efficency of a 4-6 foot tube...

If you're only going to use the "new" light for flower, go with a 400w MH. If heat is a problem a 250w should get the job done if you mix it with 3400k floro tubes. The 250w Can be either MH or HPS... What i would do if i was you is.... buy a 400 or 600w HPS, Get a new ventilation system, Run...
