    or do you have a window unit ac running off the same breaker coming on every time the light shuts off. I had that problem with a 400 Watt magnetic ballast.

    I have heard of this a couple of times from how i understood. It would cover your digestive track and any thing drunk after wards just goes straight through you so it could not absorb any toxins. I was told to drink colored liquids or they would call it to diluted and demand a retake.

    It's a method of growing where you keep the plant under some sort of net or chicken wire. So you can control height but still get a large plant that sort of grows like a vine on a fence, only horizontally. giving more light where its needed
