Most of those are indoor strains, which is ok, but for your climate you would want to go with a strain more capable of growing in the northern climates. Early girl and biddy early are strains that come to mind for outdoor growing, also consider warlock and exile although these two are more pricey.

Early girl from sensi seeds, hardy plant and finishes reasonably early to stop it getting into a time of year when its just too cold but its a strong hardy plant too. I also hear good things about warlock and exile from magus genetics for outdoor crops at a more northern latitude.
