If you go to the Dollar general and buy a 3$ Solar shield for your wind shield it is already insulated and made of mylar. You get a hell of a big sheet. Great for a grow box. If your doing a room they sell wrapping paper made of mylar you can also use at 1$ a roll. But i suggest the Sun shield...
