I dont bubble it through, it's just the fumes your looking for and it would be a hassle to draw it through the water without burning up your fan motor or making a mess, just draw the air over top of the water to get the fumes.

You can also vent your ducting into a larger container, like a five gallon bucket that has a mixture of water and pinesol in it, and have the exhaust run through that, that would kill most of the smell and make it smell like fresh pinesol all the time. If it doesn't controll the smell well...
